Hello family!
I hope all of you are doing wonderful and great. I haven’t blogged in a week. While that’s not a big deal to you, it’s a huge deal to me since I’ve been blogging rather frequently. I got into a small rhythm of sharing product reviews, controversial opinions, and life hacks, I actually needed a small break!
So, here’s what I’ve been up to!
Birthday!
I recently celebrated my birthday. It was bittersweet since my dad died a few months ago. I usually celebrate my birthday all month long so it’s been a little bit of this and a little bit of that. I treated myself to gel nails, which took some getting used to for the first couple of days. When they were a little too long, I had to order a nail clipper to trim them. As of writing, I still have my nails but I’m going to get them removed soon.
Every year, I share my birthday playlist and this year is no different. I hope you enjoy!
Bear’s Birthday!
I’ve been preparing for Bear’s upcoming 10th birthday. He’s having a party so it’s matter of gathering of materials, preparing invites, and looking at cakes. It’s fun but it’s also a lot! I’m ready for the day to be over and it’s not even here yet!
Seeing Family
Since my father’s unexpected death, I’ve been spending a lot of time with family. Just the other day, I went to my cousin’s wedding on my dad’s side. And honestly, I had a blast! My reasonings for going were two-fold: I didn’t want the last time I saw that side of my family was at my dad’s funeral and I also wanted to celebrate love. Win-win!
